Your appointments are very important to our team at Studio Copacabana. We ask that all current and new clients provide a credit card number upon booking that is stored in a secured encrypted file. You may provide this information at the time of booking or in-person, at least 3 days prior to your appointment date. Our guest advisors will be available to assist you with this process.

By leaving your card on file, you agree to the following terms:

 

• Cancellation, Rescheduling and No-show: Time allotted for an appointment is reserved specifically for you to enjoy your services. We do understand that sometimes unavoidable situations arise and schedule adjustments are necessary. We will do our best to work with you in the event of an emergency. However, we respectfully request at least a 2-day notice to adjust or reschedule your appointments.

When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving a 2-day notice, your stylist or esthetician loses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. 

If you do not cancel or reschedule within 2-day time or you do not show for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service price.

We reserve the right to deny appointments to clients who repeatedly cancel or “no show”.

• Change of Service After Consultation: Any changes to agreed-upon services must be communicated before the service begins. We'll do our best to accommodate, but significant changes may require rescheduling. In addition, if you need to cancel midway, please inform your stylist immediately. A partial service fee may apply.

• Change of Mind After Payment and Completion: Once payment is made and the service is completed, any further services to or New requests due to change of mind, will be considered new appointments and subject to standard pricing.

• Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be canceled and rebooked for a future date, subject to cancellation fees. Same-day accommodation is at the stylist’s discretion and availability. A late fee of $20 may apply.

 

All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their services.

Please ensure your contact information is up to date to avoid any inconvenience. If we are unable to confirm your reservation and obtain card information, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment two days prior to the scheduled date.
